Program

Atlanta Rent By Owners Rental Inquiry Texts. When you opt in, we text you about rental rooms and homes you asked about: the listing link, answers to your questions, evening tour scheduling, and follow-up on your inquiry. Some replies may be drafted by an automated assistant. A team member follows up and confirms tours.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-message consent box on a form on this Site and submitting your mobile number, or by sending us a text message first. We keep a record of your consent with the date and time. Consent is optional and is not a condition of renting or buying anything. You can reach us by phone instead at (470) 649-3368.

Message frequency, cost and carriers

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or call (470) 649-3368, or email customerservice@atlantarentbyowner.com. If you want to start again later, reply START.

Your information

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

Listings and availability

Listing details, prices and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge when posted, and can change. Confirm current availability and terms with us before you apply or pay anything.

Applying

Submitting a form or exchanging texts is an inquiry. It is not an application, a reservation or a lease. Every applicant needs a background check, a credit check, and verifiable proof and history of income. Those checks are paid separately from the $99 administrative processing fee. We apply the same criteria to every applicant, and we do not promise approval.

Fair housing

We follow federal, state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. Equal Housing Opportunity.

Acceptable use

Do not submit someone else's phone number without their permission, do not submit false information, and do not interfere with the Site.

Liability

The Site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Upbound Realty LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
